Danna, Founder of Flow Pilates

A Note from Our Founder

Hi, I’m Danna.

My background is a bit of a hybrid: I’ve spent the last decade as a certified Pilates instructor while simultaneously navigating the fast-paced world of project management at the top tech companies worldwide.

What I’ve learned is that while "scale" is great for software, it’s often the enemy of wellness. That’s why I chose to build a boutique studio rather than a franchise.

I wanted to create a space where every intentional detail meets a heartfelt connection. Our community is small by design, allowing me to bring my decade of expertise to every single person who walks through the door.

We’ve built this to be your "second home"—a place where you can talk with your trainers, connect with your community, and leave feeling energized and focused for the rest of your day. We offer the operational precision you’d expect from a global leader, but with the warmth, intimacy, and tailored coaching that only a founder-led community can provide.

Frequently Asked Questions

I've never done Reformer Pilates. Where should I start? +
You are in the right place! Our small-group classes are specifically designed to be beginner-friendly. We focus heavily on form, safety, and understanding the machine, so you’ll never feel lost. Start with any of our foundational classes, and our instructors will guide you every step of the way.
What should I wear? +
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely—think leggings and a fitted tank or tee.

Note: For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. We have them available for purchase at the studio if you forget yours. Please avoid clothing with zippers or bulky seams to protect the Reformer upholstery.
What is your opening timeline? +
We are currently opening registration for Founding Memberships only. We expect a soft launch during April for a few weeks of trial classes, followed by full daily operations shortly after.
How do I get the limited-time Founders Deal? +
It’s simple: just fill out the form at the top of this page with your contact information. One of our team members will contact you shortly to secure your spot and answer any specific questions.
